Last time on Pokemon Black, I reached Twist Mountain.

You know, this mine doesn’t look too safe. Why are so many of the scaffolds broken?

Ew. Gurdurr.

This Pokemon is so muscular and strongly built that even a group of wrestlers could not make it budge an inch.

Cubchoo.

When it is not feeling well, its mucus gets watery and the power of its Ice-type moves decreases.

Not too thrilled with snotbear’s design.

And a moon stone!

Caught an extra boldore.

And finally got a woobat.

Its habitat is dark forests and caves. It emits ultrasonic waves from its nose to learn about its surroundings.

Oooh, my archen’s evolving into archeops.

Which, in complete contrast, has a sprite that’s perpetually hovering in the air.

They are intelligent and will cooperate to catch prey. From the ground, they use a running start to take flight.

Of course, it’s still got the defeatist ability…

I’m kind of confused by where the dowsing rods are pointed. Going to have to check a guide about that sometime.

Well, off to dump off my archeops. Since I just caught that boldore, let’s see what happens if I trade it.

…And nothing and nada. I was expecting him to comment about it evolving, but no, it’s just a generic comment about trading being cool.

Hm. Well, it looks like yamask evolve, so I’ll try out one of those.

Not sure how much longer I can keep juggling pokemon, I’m in the uncomfortable level area where raising replacement pokemon up to my team’s level just evolves them in turn.

Back to the mountain. There’s Cheren and some Plasma person in one of the bottom entrances, but first, there’s another one which has an icy stone and not much else.

Well. I’ll go heal my pokemon, then go check out the plot tomorrow.
