So, back in this month again!

Him, you, and the world (Roxy (Rose, Dad, Jack))

The timeline of this seems extremely wonky – it’s Alpha Roxy who grows up with all four of them, but is also Beta Roxy who raised Rose and can somehow be dating the same-aged son of her friend. Trying to smush the two versions of everyone into one just makes things extremely confusing.

The ending half of this that’s just focused on the original scene is nicely done, and I particularly like the repetition in the ending, but it’s really marred by how confusing the rest of it is.

All’s Fair (Vriska (Eridan, Doc Scratch))

Eh, this really seems like it’s AU to the point of losing sight of the characters. Eridan seems like the generic nobleman asshole, there’s really none of Vriska in the irritable nurse, not even her canon status, Doc Scratch seems just here because you needed a name to stick on your equally generic supervisor… And I don’t even know how Feferi fits into this – the rest suggests that traditional gender roles are in play, but somehow she’s out in the field to get hit by landmines? It doesn’t even work as a mirroring of canon, it’s just there.

Things Better Left Untouched (This is pretty much Doctor Who fanfic so whatever.)

Should that be “your parent’s” or am I missing something?

Flustered Trace is hilarious, particularly with his ridiculous attempts not to swear. All of it’s adorable.

I’m curious, was there a particular reason Snowman wanted to learn hustling or did she just find the whole thing interesting?

Jack’s voice throughout this is just glorious, and I also love how well the rest of the cast comes through despite his own self-centered viewpoint.
