So, as I warned you earlier, next month’s going to be all fanfiction, all the time. Or fanfiction mixed with some B2 since I doubt I’m going to be finishing that by the end of this month.
Last time I did this, I was considering turning PMs off for the duration and having a forum thread for people to post in instead of the author updates I posted here. So, what would you prefer? Posts here compiling the responses or a thread on the FFN forum for people to post in? The forum thing has the benefit of being easier and of everyone on the same page, but the downside that most people will probably just miss it. It also means people can’t PM me for legitimate reasons, which usually happens a couple times. There’s a poll on the right and you should comment here with whatever reason for your feelings you want me to consider.

It’s just so hard to choose! FFN forum threads and your author responses posts are both so fun in different ways!

The other thing is that you won’t be able to gauge the influence of Bizzaro World if you only do forums, since people probably won’t bother posting unless they’re really pissed off.
People are definitely all-around more fun in PMs. I think I made a friend with this girl who started off spewing strings of obscenity!

She does (did you miss the Wall of Porn??) but on FF.net those reviews usually boil down to “Yeah this is actually more like what the Pit calls NC17 and as such does not being here.”

In her quest to review all carapace fic on AO3 in chronological order she ran into a stretch of never-ending porn on the day that conceptofzero decided to claim all of her smut and post it to that archive.

Well, it kind of depends.
When I do new pokemon fanfic, I liked to work off the Just In page, which doesn’t display the top rating, and just assume there isn’t much I’m missing in M. For November, I’m going to be going through all the stories because I’ll be reading through the Homestuck FFN category, and the same for when I do the Halloween reviews of all October horror pokemon fic. Pokemon will be in January – should I be sure to hit the M stuff as well?

Sticking tenaciously to things is one of my qualities. Battle Royale is just currently preempted by the release of Pokemon Black 2 and some fanfic traditions of mine. It should return Decemberish.
