Quite a lot today! There’s an absurdly over-the-top pokemon oppression fic (always good to see a baby Farla), not one but two grimdark OT fics, one of which is half whining about how rattata are useless, and a postgame Gladion story that’s actually pretty good.

The end of the year contains a semi-interesting fic that tries to “deconstruct” mega evolution by adding in random grimdark while doing nothing to question or criticize the ridiculous things claimed in canon. Also, a story about how Arceus has to save Alola because why use pantheons actually relevant to the plot when you can make everything about how Arceus is literally the Abrahamic God.
